Photographs Showing Historic Landmarks Perspectives (30 Pics)

Pyramids, Cairo – This is what you visualize when you think of the famous pyramids.

This is the reality, right next to a large city.

Stonehenge, Wiltshire, England – When I think of the Stonehenge, this is exactly what comes to mind.

With an aerial view, this is what it really looks like.

Taj Mahal, Agra, India – When I think of the Taj Mahal, this is exactly what comes to mind, beautiful.

I never realized the surroundings though.

Brandenburg Gate, Berlin – The history that surrounds this historic landmark is incredible.

I guess there are lots of buildings that surround it too.

Sagrada Familia, Barcelona – The photographs of this beautiful place are breathtaking.

Maybe not so much anymore.

Niagara Falls – Between movies, photographs, and TV shows.
But I never imagined the surroundings looked like this.

Acropolis, Athens – This picture is exactly what I imagine.

Definitely not this.

Mount Rushmore – Who hasn’t wanted to visit this historic landmark?

Did you think this is what it actually looked like?

Forbidden City, Beijing – Here is what you think it looks like.

And here is the reality.

Hollywood Sign, California – On so many movies, this is the visual you believe exists.

Not covered by pollution and surrounded by tall buildings.

Santorini, Greece – Full of color, beauty, and character.

Well I guess that side of the mountain is.

Mona Lisa, Louvre Museum, Paris – Would be incredible to see this in person.

While fighting the crowds, I guess.

Central Park, New York – A beautiful, large park in New York City.

That is right in the middle of the city.

Arc de Triomphe, Paris – A gorgeous place that I would love to visit.

But I had NO idea this is what it really looks like.

Little Mermaid Statue, Copenhagen, Denmark – So beautiful, who wouldn’t want to see this?

Oh, that’s it?!
